About
My name is Naim. I'm a software and hardware developer who loves working on projects. I also enjoy modifying my personal car whenever I get the chance.
About My Car
I daily drive a 2013 Volvo S60 T5, which I imported from the U.S. This car came from the factory with minimal equipment, aside from what I believe to be standard in the U.S., including:
- Sunroof
- Occupant weight sensor
- Electrically folding rear headrests
- 7-inch screen
- Sirius satellite radio
Other than that, the car has no additionals!
My long-term goal is to retrofit this car with every possible factory option available for this model year - plus some extras. Additionally, I plan to refresh the interior to match the 2014+ R-Design spec and upgrade the exterior to resemble the 2013 R-Design.
I created this page as a blog to document my progress—both to inspire others and to prove that retrofitting anything is always possible, despite what Volvo might suggest. I also want to build a database of information on everything I do, making it easier for others to replicate these modifications 'cause I believe there's not enough documentation available for our P3 cars, and I hope this website helps fill that gap.
Thanks for visiting, and I hope you find this site useful!
